Service agreements
Four levels of agreement, from planned maintenance visits through to unlimited visits, parts and out of hours cover. Every agreement is priced against the equipment you operate, its age and where it is, so the levels below are a starting point rather than a fixed menu.
The four levels
Each level includes everything in the level before it. Most customers start with planned maintenance and move up once they have worked out what an hour of stopped production actually costs them.

On application priced per machine
Unlimited visits and parts apply within the terms and exclusions set out in your quotation and agreement. Prices are per machine, per day, plus VAT, and show the lowest level at which an agreement has been written. Every agreement is priced against the equipment, its age and its location, which is why Gold and Platinum are quoted rather than listed.
What can go on an agreement
Agreements are available for equipment our engineers are trained and experienced to support, whether Dennison originally supplied the machine or not. Where we are appointed by the manufacturer, cover is provided under that appointment. Other supported equipment is covered independently.
In every agreement
The same engineers who install and repair this equipment are the ones who visit it under an agreement. Nothing is handed to a separate service department that has never seen the machine.
No service contract?
You do not need a service agreement to ask Dennison for help. We attend one-off breakdowns on equipment we support, and can also arrange breakdown-only cover for suitable machines.
Machine stopped?
No agreement in place? Tell us the machine, the fault and its location. The service team will confirm whether we can support it, engineer availability and what happens next.
Ongoing protection
For suitable equipment, we can provide breakdown cover without a full planned maintenance agreement. We will explain the cover available once we have reviewed the machine and its condition.
Machines the manufacturer has stopped supporting can still be covered or attended, subject to inspection and parts availability. It is one of the main reasons customers come to us.
Tell us what equipment you run, its age, location and how heavily it is used, and we will recommend the level of cover that fits and quote for it. If a machine has already stopped, send us the fault details and the service team will come back to you.
