Manufacturer and OEM support
Deployable engineering resource across the UK and mainland Europe, with travelling engineers available for manufacturer programmes worldwide. We support an individual project, provide additional regional capacity, or operate as an extension of a manufacturer’s own after-sales organisation. Where we represent a manufacturer, their customer remains their customer.

Capability
Our engineers hold manufacturer training across digital cutting, industrial print, CTP, pre-press and associated production equipment. Some of that work is on our own account; a good deal of it is carried out on behalf of the manufacturer, in their name and to their process. Scope, geography and operating model are agreed programme by programme.
Engineering teams for new installations, upgrades, equipment moves, production ramp-up and customer handover.
Planned maintenance, breakdown attendance and technical escalation for an agreed installed base or region, across the UK and mainland Europe.
Short-term or continuing capacity, including named engineers at critical customer locations under agreed shift patterns and reporting.
Inspection, refurbishment, component replacement, upgrades and return to production, completed on your behalf.
Fault diagnosis, parts identification, technical escalation and the decision about whether an onsite visit is needed.
Individual relocations, production line moves and complete factory projects worldwide, plus product training for manufacturer staff and their customers.
Commercial boundaries
Dennison also sells equipment, parts and software under its own agreements, so clear boundaries matter. Where we provide service or project support on your behalf, we work within the agreed scope and represent your service operation.

How we work with manufacturers
A managed engineering service rather than a supply of contractors. We can work inside your existing service process, or agree an operating model covering dispatch, engineer reporting, parts use, technical escalation and customer communication.
Equipment, installed base, geography, expected workload, service levels, commercial boundaries and the type of resource required.
Training, certification, documentation, tooling, parts access, health and safety, scheduling and escalation routes, settled before the first visit.
Trained engineers on the agreed programme, with reporting on attendance and response, first-time completion, parts used, equipment condition, outstanding escalations and customer feedback.
