Summa V Series · UK Sales and Service Partner
Tangential flatbed cutting for packaging, display and specialty board, with the control that sheet-based production needs.
Four models, from a compact entry table to automated sheet feeding.
What it is for
A tangential knife is turned to follow the cut line, which keeps corners sharp and edges clean in thicker board. The V Series is built around that, for work that arrives as sheets rather than rolls.
The blade is steered along the line rather than dragged, for tight corners and clean edges in board up to 5 mm, or 20 mm with dedicated tools.
Straight cuts, kiss cuts, bevels, V-cuts, creasing and embossing, from a versatile tooling system.
Vacuum, and on some models clamping as well, keeps sheets flat and in place so creases land where they should.

Models
They share the same tangential approach. The difference is the sheet size, the tooling and how much of the handling is automated.

A guide to where the V Series usually fits. The right model depends on your material, sheet size and volume, which is what a test cut settles.
