Summa L Series · UK Sales and Service Partner
Laser cutting for textile production, with sealed edges, consistent geometry and continuous high-speed cutting.
Two models: a compact table for precise textile work, and a wide-format system for volume.
What it is for
A laser seals synthetic fabric as it cuts, so edges do not fray and there is no blade to wear. Where that matters, laser cutting is worth costing against a knife.
It cuts while the material is still feeding, at up to 1000 mm/s on the L1810 and 1500 mm/s on the L3214.
Cameras read registration marks, outlines or barcodes so the cut follows the print. Optional on the L1810, standard on the L3214.
Class 1 safety, with the laser source covered and fumes extracted. GoProduce Laser Edition runs barcode workflows.

Models
The difference is the working area, the laser power and the volume you run.
Working area 1820 × 920 mm
Compact and precise, for textiles such as sportswear and dye sublimation garments, and composite raw materials.
Working area 3300 × 1400 mm
For wide-format soft signage at volume, cutting on the fly so finished pieces come off the table ready.
Full specifications. Summa’s L Series brochure covers both models and their configurations. Ranges, configurations and specifications may change; we confirm the current machine and tooling in any recommendation or quotation.
