The terms on which this website is made available.

This site is operated by Dennison G.E.S Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 03039083.
Using the site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Information on this site
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but the information on it is provided for general information. Equipment specifications, availability, prices and lead times change, and the details of any particular machine, part or service are confirmed in a written quotation, not by this website.
Finance figures shown against used equipment are illustrative only, are based on a five year agreement, and are not a quotation or an offer of credit.
Buying through this site
Orders placed through the parts shop are subject to Dennison’s terms and conditions of sale, which are provided with the order. Where those terms conflict with this page, those terms apply to the sale.
Statutory rights, including consumer cancellation rights where they apply, are unaffected by anything on this page.
Manufacturer names and trade marks
Manufacturer names, model numbers and trade marks appearing on this site are the property of their owners and are used for identification only. Where Dennison is appointed by a manufacturer, that appointment and its scope are described on the relevant page. Where Dennison is not appointed, equipment of that make is supported independently and Dennison is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by that manufacturer.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site belongs to Dennison G.E.S Ltd or is used with permission. Photographs and product descriptions supplied by a manufacturer remain that manufacturer’s property.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
