Pre-press & Wide Format Inkjet Printing Repair Services

With some of the most experienced technicians in the pre-press and wide format inkjet printing equipment arenas, we offer exceptional service levels to our clients. We are happy to provide an ad hoc equipment repair service, or we offer support through our maintenance contracts. We can repair and service your equipment at your premises, or we can bring the equipment back to our purpose built workshops to undergo a full refurbishment programme.

Field Service

This is the Dennison Group's core business. Our team of 10 experienced, regionally based Engineers represent many of the major manufacturers as required, providing an extension to the manufacturer's own service teams. We are fully trained and qualified on an extensive range of products from many of the leading manufacturers, and we pride ourselves in our ability to offer a comprehensive service to the pre-press and wide format inkjet printing industries.

Scheduled Preventative Maintenance Visits

Our Engineers can visit at prearranged times to carry out recommended routine service work. Our Operations Team will arrange the most convenient appointments for our engineers to visit.

Field Upgrades

If equipment requires a field service upgrade (FSO), or modification, our Engineers can implement these processes at a time arranged by our Operations Team to suit the manufacturer and the client.

By contacting Dennison Group, you will not only benefit from our technical support services. We have an extensive spare parts inventory in our purpose-built headquarters, and we are often able to source parts for rare and obsolete machines. Our central team of operations and logistics experts combine with our engineers to provide the best possible level of customer support.

Maintenance Contracts

We have identified the following service packages as being the most suitable for our clients:

Platinum

For Mission-Critical Systems. This provides the most comprehensive level of service - up to 8 hour response, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Fully inclusive of all parts, labour and UK travel expenses. The Platinum contract also includes full Preventative Maintenance Visits (PMV's).

Gold

This is a very comprehensive service contract with up to 8 hour callout, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30. This is fully inclusive of all parts, labour and UK travel expenses. The Gold also includes full Preventative Maintenance.

Silver

This is our best value service contract. This provides an up to 8 hour callout, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30. This is fully inclusive of labour and UK travel expenses, but excludes parts. The Silver also includes full Preventative Maintenance.

Bronze

This basic service contract offers biannual Preventative Maintenance only.

Ad Hoc

We offer worldwide service on an ad hoc basis. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible to your specific needs for installation, repair and preventative maintenance. All parts, labour and travelling costs are chargeable.

With our extensive product knowledge across numerous manufacturers, we offer the best installation and relocation services in the industry. We regularly manage the trickiest installations, including those that require specialist heavy lifting and shifting equipment. We arrange the complete package from site preparation through plumbing and electrical work to Air Suspension Transport, and then final installation, calibration and integration - in other words, we deliver turnkey solutions.

For professional relocation, we can re-site individual items of equipment or complete departments. Our wide experience means we can manage all aspects of system relocation for you - all you give us are the dates and locations, and we manage the rest - fully insured, of course!
